Grants

Running a badminton event is not an easy task. From time to time, badminton clubs face challenges like limited budget, high operational costs, and a lack of awareness among the community when organising an event. 

Badminton Victoria is here to support you. We can provide you with funding to promote community engagement, create inclusive environments, improve underrepresented group participation in badminton, and offer upskill training opportunities. Each grant has its own purpose and target audiences.

2024-27 Strengthening Regional Community Sport Strengthening Regional Community Sport 2024 to 2027 will provide grants to support the delivery of local, 'place-based', strategic projects that help to increase participation on and off the sporting field, and build a variety of stronger, more resilient, self-sufficient and sustainable sports across regional Victoria. Change Our Game Activation Grants The Change Our Game Community Activation Grants Program funds community-level initiatives that enable participation, build capability and celebrate the role of women and girls in community sport and active recreation. Shuttle Smash Shuttle Smash is an introductory program for children to experience badminton in a fun, inclusive environment that can be delivered by anyone, anywhere, anytime.
