With a spotlight on Youth Engagement and Community Activation, the Macedon Ranges Badminton Association is creating new pathways for participation, growth, and visibility:

Youth Engagement:
- Creating exciting pathways for young people to get into badminton — as players, leaders, and changemakers. We are creating opportunities for young people to get active, try something new, and connect with others through sport.

Community Activation:
- Hosting inclusive, vibrant events to bring the community together through sport. Our community activation events are designed to be fun, welcoming, and open to everyone—no experience needed!

Women & Girls Engagement:
- We're creating safe, welcoming spaces where women and girls feel confident to play and lead. With strong networks and inclusive programs, we're making sure everyone feels they belong in badminton.

This program was shaped in close consultation with local clubs, meaning it's built around what the Macedon Ranges truly needs. It’s not one-size-fits-all — it’s locally driven and focused on real, sustainable impact.
