Badminton Victoria (BV) is currently seeking to fill an appointed position on its Board for a two (2) year term.

The successful nominee is expected to attend:

  • Monthly board meetings held at the BV office in Albert Park; and

  • Major events held at members' facilities throughout the year.

Passion for the sport is a must and expertise in the areas of Sponsorship and Marketing, Financial Management and Human Resources will be highly desired.

Congratulations to Victorian Junior shuttlers Kaitlyn Ea, Sydney Go, Ryan Venpin and Otto Zhao on being selected for the Badminton Australia Progress & Excel Group (Under 19 National Squad) for 2019!

The players who have been named in these squads will be heading along to the national Training Camp at the AIS in Canberra on the 31st of May till 3rd June. A selection of these players will also be heading along to the BWF World Junior Championships, held in Kazan, Russia, in late October 2019.

Recently our Victorians Benjamin Chen, Sydney Go and Thomas Ng finished up their campaign competing at the Arafura Games with the Badminton Australia Team!

Results at the City of West Torrens 2019 June Bevan Trophy

Our Victorian shuttlers once again take the top position at the June Bevan Trophy - the Under 17 Team Championships in the Australasia region (Australia and New Zealand) in 2019
