Badminton Victoria (BV), the State Sporting Organisation, as recognised by the Victorian government is responsible for the development of badminton across the state – from grassroots participation to high performance – while representing the interests of member clubs and participants. 

BV is currently developing the Strategic Plan for 2026-28, and we want to make sure it reflects what matters to our community.

Over the next few weeks, clubs/associations and partners will receive survey link from BV. The survey will be open until Sunday, 31 August 2025.

We strongly encourage each club/association to submit at least one response that reflects the group’s shared priorities.

How the rest of the community can get involved

While the survey is being completed by BV-affiliated clubs/associations and partners, we’d still love to hear from players, parents, participants and volunteers.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be running quick polls on Instagram stories – a simple way to tell us what matters to you and what you’d like to see for the sport.

What happens next

Once the survey period closes, BV will review all feedback to help shape the Strategic Plan. The final plan will be shared with members and the wider community once it is ready.
