BWF Shuttle Time Coaching Course

Upon completion of the course, candidates will become a nationally recognised accredited BWF Shuttle Time Coach. Accreditation permits the coach to coach in club, community, school and private sectors.

What is involved?

Completion of the following online modules pre-course (only complete these if accepted into the course):
- Complete the Sport Australia General Coaching Principles modules (https://www.sportaus.gov.au/coaches_and_officials/coaches)
- Complete the Sport Australia Play by the Rules - Child Protection module (https://www.playbytherules.net.au/online-courses/child-protection-online-course)
- Complete the Sport Australia Play by the Rules - Harassment and Discrimination module (https://www.playbytherules.net.au/online-courses/harassment-and-discrimination-online-course
- Complete the Shuttletime online module, via the following link: https://shuttletime.bwfbadminton.com/online-component
  - Register/Login via the Tab on the right of the screen.
  - When registering for the first time, you will be sent a confirmation email approving your username and password – please click on the link above again to log in.
Attend practical course session (as per time and location indicated on this page)
Provide valid Working With Children Check

Please note that a Badminton Australia registration and accreditation fee is charged by BA directly when you register via https://badmintonaustralia.thinkific.com/courses/coach-registration

**Two free registration per club per annum are available. Please check with your committee to ensure you have their approval to utilise the space.

BA registration fee (charged by BA at time of registration)

* $45 for adults
* $35 for concessions
* $25 for 17 & under
