Annual General Meeting

The 93rd  Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Badminton Victoria will be held on Sunday, 26th April 2026 at 10:00 am.
The meeting will be conducted in person. For regional clubs only, there will also be the option to attend via Zoom (Online Meeting).

Registration for all attendees is mandatory. Please complete registrations for Delegates and Observers using the 'Register' button to the left. A Zoom link will be sent out prior to the meeting to regional members only. 

Voting

Only one voting delegate from each eligible member is able to vote. Any other Badminton Victoria member can register to attend the AGM as an observer.

Award Presentations

Award presentations will be held immediately following the AGM.

Questions

Questions from voting members are welcome. We encourage members to submit questions in writing to Varshana Kumara Swamy at least seven days before the AGM at varshana.swamy@badmintonvic.com.au  
Questions received will be included in the discussion following the close of the AGM.

Registration Deadline

Registration must be completed before 11:59pm on the 21st April 2026.
