Court Officials Committee
Court officials are fundamental to the integrity of the badminton game. Badminton Victoria along with dedicated and passionate members of the community formed the Victorian Court Officials Committee (BVCOC) to support line judges, umpires and referees for badminton in Victoria, Australia.
BVCOC are responsible for governing the court officiation framework in Victoria, aligned with the Badminton Australia Technical Officials Committee (BATOC). These areas include recruiting and the development of court officials and supporting badminton tournaments.
Their contribution ensures a continuous stream of high-quality court officials to service all levels of badminton in Victoria and also throughout Australia – including local, state, national and international tournaments.
